Sales Manager- Travel Community

You will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, community service tours, and related experiences to individuals and groups. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their travel and service interests, and customizing itineraries to meet client preferences and community program goals. In addition, you will process bookings, coordinate logistics, manage reservations, collaborate with partners to secure deals, and achieve sales targets to support the company's growth. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven sales experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service sectors is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, are essential. Proficiency in CRM, booking systems, and standard office software is required, as well as a passion for community service, volunteerism, and sustainable travel.
