Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Training & Development located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales training programs, developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, and driving performance improvement. The Sales Manager will also be involved in assessing sales training needs, designing training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
• Skills in Training, Mentoring, and Development
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle wellness is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
