Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, target driven Sales Manager to lead our front-end showroom sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the 2 wheeler/automobile industry, strong team leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive daily showroom footfall conversion into bookings Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed monthly retail targets Coordinate with CRM, delivery, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Oversee vehicle delivery , finance coordination, and RTO documentation Ensure showroom presentation, customer handling, and SOPs are followed Track and analyze sales reports, daily leads, and conversion funnel Organize promotional activities, roadshows, and local marketing efforts Key Skills Required: Excellent communication, persuasion, and team leadership skills Experience in 2-wheeler or automobile sales and customer handling Knowledge of retail finance, exchange deals , and insurance processes Working proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools , and reporting systems Strong understanding of sales targets and incentive-based culture Well-versed with RTO, invoicing, and delivery coordination Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Minimum 3 years experience in 2-wheeler/auto dealership sales Prior experience as a team lead or senior sales executive is a strong plus Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure High walk-in potential and long-term growth prospects Opportunity to lead a reputed two-wheeler dealership sales operation
