Sales Manager- TEXTILE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Handle B2B sales for textile products such as fabric, garments, yarn, home textiles, etc.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, agents, and retailers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company.
• Provide timely reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in textile or fabric sales (min 5 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of textile production, quality standards, and product ranges.
• Ability to manage a sales team and achieve business targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network in the textile market (buyers, exporters, or manufacturers).
• Experience in both domestic and international markets.
• CRM and ERP software familiarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
