Sales Manager - Test Systems (Tires)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for tire test benches, IC engine, and Transmission test beds in Coimbatore or Pune, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve targets. You will be required to monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in the test systems technology to adjust marketing strategies accordingly and drive sales. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing annual and long-term business plans for the business unit to ensure substantial revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Sales of tire test benches, IC engine, and Transmission test beds across India - Driving strategic initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion - Conducting product demonstrations and conveying customer requirements to the engineering team - Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to promote test system products - Collaborating with global sales, project, finance, and service functions to achieve business targets - Responding to functional and technical queries of RFQs, quotations, and specifications - Working closely with the ZF sales/engineering team in Germany for technical guidance - Providing regular updates and transparent communication to management and stakeholders on sales performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) graduate with 7-15 years of experience - Experience and knowledge on test equipments for tires, engines, transmissions, electric drives technology, and battery testing - Good techno-commercial knowledge and customer relationship skills - Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office programs - Proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude - Willingness to travel 10-15 days in a month (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description),
