Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target potential customers, including small

businesses, enterprises, and key industry sectors that would benefit from our SaaS

product.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, managing

the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and

existing clients, understand their unique business challenges, and tailor our SaaS

solutions to meet their needs.

  • Product Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations,

presentations, and value propositions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and

capabilities of our SaaS offerings.

  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and subscription packages

with clients, focusing on long-term retention, renewals, and identifying upselling

opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product

development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product features,

customer feedback, and support strategies.

  • Market Analysis & Feedback: Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback,

and track market trends to continuously refine sales strategies and improve the

positioning of our SaaS product.

  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status,

and forecasted revenue growth to leadership, ensuring alignment with business

objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
