Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive business and technical support to clients from start to finish. Your role will involve overseeing project specifications for civil, infrastructure, and industrial projects, including negotiations on materials and pricing. It is essential for you to possess a deep understanding of applications, drawings, specifications, compliance requirements, and global market dynamics, as clients, consultants, and architects can originate from various locations in India and around the world. Additionally, you are expected to exhibit outstanding presentation and communication skills. Your tasks will also include developing a comprehensive database of civil contractors, clients, and consultants categorized by their application needs. Moreover, you are required to secure a minimum of ten new approvals on specifications annually while fostering regional development.
