Sales Manager / Team Leader (Holiday Package Division)

As a Sales Manager / Team Leader for Holiday Packages, your role involves leading a team of holiday package consultants for both domestic and international destinations. Your primary responsibilities include: - Managing a team of holiday package consultants and overseeing their performance in sales and enquiry handling. - Planning, delegating, and monitoring daily sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Providing training, motivation, and coaching to team members to enhance product knowledge and upselling techniques. - Handling high-value clients and complex holiday bookings directly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitoring customer interactions to maintain a high level of service quality. - Coordinating with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and local operators for package finalization and fulfillment. - Ensuring accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation for all holiday packages. - Resolving customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally. - Submitting regular performance reports to management and suggesting process improvements.
