Sales Manager / Team Leader (Holiday Package Division)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager / Team Leader for Holiday Packages, you will lead a team of holiday package consultants for domestic and international destinations. Your main responsibilities will include managing the team, overseeing sales performance, training team members, handling high-value clients, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of holiday package consultants and monitor their sales performance and enquiry handling. - Plan, delegate, and monitor daily sales activities to meet or exceed targets. - Provide training, motivation, and coaching to enhance product knowledge and upselling techniques. - Handle high-value clients and complex holiday bookings to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor customer interactions to maintain a high level of service quality. - Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and local operators for package finalization and fulfillment. - Ensure accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation for all holiday packages. - Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally. - Submit regular performance reports to management and suggest process improvements. Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader for Domestic & International Holiday Packages. - Full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon, Haryana with a day shift schedule and performance bonus available.
