Sales Manager - Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives
• Drive sales targets through team performance and motivation
• Identify potential markets and new customer acquisition opportunities
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in client meetings
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
• Prepare and submit performance reports to management
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and processes

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales with team handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel for field work within the assigned region
