The objective of this role is to understand in depth the industrial market of all the adhesives requirement across North India in printing & packaging industry (paper to paper, film to paper, laminated cartons, end of line packaging, side pasting applications) by targeting specific segments and creating a unique positioning for these products of the company.
The main objective of this role is to maximize the sales in close co-ordination with Distributors / dealers, direct industrial users. To ensure the deep product performance understanding and strategy implementation.
The objective of this job is to maximize the market share in all the assigned territories and industries based on laid down rules in terms of pricing, positioning and distribution strategy keeping main focus on sales of products to OEM industries.
