• In-depth knowledge of steel products, including MS Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Channels, I Beams, TMT Bars, and MS Sheets (CR & HR).

• Manage customer requirements and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Develop plans for dispatch and transportation, aligning with customer needs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Ensure that packing standards and quality checks meet customer expectations and specifications.
• Oversee vehicle operations and maintain records such as MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit and Credit Notes.
• Analyze sales trends, compare with actual performance, and coordinate with the purchasing department for procurement.
• Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Record premium freight charges and other necessary documentation to ensure transparency and accountability in operations.
