The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the metal processing industry. Proficiency in CRM systems and AI tools for lead generation, as well as fluency in German and English, are essential requirements. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, both teamwork and independent work capabilities, and a willingness to travel extensively within the SteelCo group, including attending trade fairs and customer visits, are also expected.
