Key Responsibilities 1. Client Education and relationship management: - Stay informed about the unique energy needs and challenges within the industrial and commercial sectors. - Proactively educate potential clients on the benefits of solar solutions for their specific operational requirements. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and professional responses 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to tailor solar solutions that align with the needs of industrial and commercial clients. - Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product/service enhancements and business strategies.
