Job Description

Field Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and share report daily
Promote and sell linear drainage products to civil contractors, builders, consultants, and architects.

Client Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
Provide pre- and post-sales support, including addressing client queries and feedback and resolve the same through quality team

Technical Support:

Offer product specifications and technical assistance to clients and stakeholders as per their specific project requirements
Collaborate with internal technical team to offer customised drainage solutions

Market Research:

Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of sales visits, customer interactions, and project updates.
Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
