• Develop and execute sales strategies for Retrokit & EV Labs.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for lead conversion.
• Build and lead a high-performance sales team (for ASM & RSM roles).
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in

  Automotive / EV / Renewable Energy / Engineering Sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
