Job Description

Hiring For Leading NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage
DSA partners
to source Prime LAP business.
Achieve
monthly & quarterly LAP disbursement targets
.
Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure
consistent lead flow & business growth
.
Conduct regular
market visits
to track competition and explore new sourcing opportunities.
Work closely with
credit, operations, and technical teams
for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
Ensure
quality sourcing
through proper screening of customer profiles and property documents.
Drive
cross-sell
wherever possible.
Monitor DSA performance and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and ensure
high satisfaction
throughout the loan process.
Maintain
MIS, reports, and business dashboards
for management review.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
36 years in LAP sales (Prime LAP preferred) with strong
DSA sourcing
exposure.
Strong understanding of
Mortgage products
, legal & technical processes, and market dynamics.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-management
skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Local market knowledge
is mandatory.
