Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire
Loan Against Property (LAP)
business through DSA/Connector channel
Build, manage, and expand the
DSA network
in the assigned geography
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with consistent growth
Ensure quality sourcing as per credit and policy guidelines
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth disbursements
Monitor portfolio performance and minimize delinquency risks
Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis
