Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in the building materials industry, specifically TMT bars. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience working with major builders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for TMT bars in the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including prominent builders such as Gaur Builders, Aditya Builders, Gulshan Builders, SCC Builders, Arihant Builders, Ajnara Builders, Oasis Builders, Omaxe Builders, DLF Builders, ATS Builders, and Sikka Builders etc. Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Provide market insights and feedback to the management team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Requirements: 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry with a focus on TMT bars. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office applications. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
