We are looking for a high-performing and inspiring Sales Manager to drive results, lead our growing
This role is crucial in achieving the company's revenue goals through both team management and
individual high-ticket sales. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Sales Executives, seting
sales targets, monitoring performance, and driving strategic execution while contributing directly to
the revenue through personal sales efforts.
•
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on high-ticket sales.
•
Set weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance using KPIs.
•
Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and feedback sessions to drive accountability and
improvement.
•
Support team members in closing complex deals or navigating difficult prospects.
•
Build a performance-oriented culture driven by growth, skill-building, and consistency.
•
Personally manage a portfolio of high-intent leads and close high-ticket sales.
•
Build strong rapport with potential clients, understand their financial goals, and provide
tailored consultation.
• Act as a role model for the team in terms of sales approach, discipline, and communication.
•
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Track conversion metrics and improve lead flow and nurturing mechanisms in collaboration
with the marketing team.
•
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on sales performance and team
productivity.
•
Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale
•
Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
•
Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
•
Proven track record in high-cket sales (preferably in financial products, training, or
educa on).
•
Strong leadership and coaching capabili es.
•
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales data analysis.
•
Excellent communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills.
•
Ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• This is a Work from Office role based in Dombivli, Maharashtra.
•
