Job Description

Business Development: Source new customers and build the Secured Business Loan portfolio through DSA, connectors, direct channels, and other partners. Identify and tap new markets and customer segments to enhance business opportunities. Team Management: Manage and support a team of Relationship Officers/Executives to ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets. Regularly train, motivate, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and compliance. Credit & Risk Management: Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely processing of files and quality disbursals. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Address customer queries and grievances to ensure high service standards. Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with senior management. Recommend changes in products, processes, or strategy based on feedback and market conditions. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred) Experience: 3-6 years in sales of secured loans (LAP, SME loans, etc) Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Result-oriented with good negotiation skills Good understanding of credit, financial analysis, and risk assessment Ability to lead and manage a team
