Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for secured business loans.
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships.
Generate leads through direct sourcing, DSA (Direct Selling Agent), and other partner channels.
Conduct client meetings, assess business needs, and propose suitable loan products.
Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and target achievement.
Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and market feedback sessions.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, Chartered Accountants, property brokers, and other referral partners.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Organize customer and channel partner engagement programs to drive visibility and growth.
Ensure all loan proposals meet internal credit and risk policies.
Maintain high standards of documentation, KYC compliance, and audit readiness.
Minimize delinquency and maintain portfolio health.
Achievement of disbursement and revenue targets.
Lead conversion ratio and portfolio quality.
Team productivity and retention.
Channel partner acquisition and activation.
