Key Responsibilities
• - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ITAD market share.
• - Identify and engage enterprise clients for IT asset disposition services.
• - Promote secure data destruction, electronics recycling, and remarketing solutions.
• - Respond to RFPs and structure customized ITAD proposals.
• - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• - Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure service delivery.
• - Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• - Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
• - Engage strategically with large Indian IT companies including IT/ITES firms, GCCs, and data centre operators.
• - Understand client-specific IT asset lifecycle and tailor ITAD solutions accordingly.
• - Ensure alignment with client compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, GDPR, and E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016.
• - Promote sustainability and CSR benefits of ITAD services to ESG and sustainability officers. • - Coordinate with client IT, procurement, and compliance teams to streamline asset disposition processes.
• - Deliver value-driven proposals highlighting cost recovery, secure logistics, and environmental impact.
• - Support client audits by providing documentation and certifications related to data destruction and recycling.
