Sales Manager

The manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth through target-based sales strategies, client meetings, lead generation, and closing deals. This position offers competitive incentives based on achieving targets and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.

2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction industry.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

5. Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction industry.

3. Strong understanding of construction products, materials, and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: Based on Experience and Knowledge
