Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive brand and revenue growth in Goa and neighboring markets by developing business opportunities and nurturing high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate will focus on growing booking volumes, strengthening relationships with key partners and channels, and building SaffronStays brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase bookings and market share across Goa and nearby regions.
  • Build, manage, and expand partnerships with key travel agents (within state and outside), corporations, event planners, and other relevant sales channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market mapping of potential B2B partners.
  • Lead negotiations with channel partners to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Drive corporate and group sales effortstargeting off-sites, retreats, celebrations, and long-stay bookings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to execute integrated sales campaigns.
  • Track channel performance, report on KPIs, and optimize channel sales efforts for sustainable growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Master's degree in business or marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Goa/regional hospitality market and established network with travel channels and partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently throughout Goa, as well as to major cities and neighboring regions.
