Sales Manager-Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, team management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, sales reports, and KPIs.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for consistent performance.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
• Oversee lead generation, client follow-up, and site visits.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high service standards.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential/commercial project sales.
• Network of real estate agents, brokers, or investor clients.
• Fluency in Punjabi (written and reading)
• Must be from Punjab

Salary: 40K-60K

No bar for deserving candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
