Sales Manager (real estate)

As a Sales Manager in the real estate industry based in Greater Noida, your role involves leading and managing sales operations, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing high-value deals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective handling and negotiations. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the marketing team to drive business growth and represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and international trips, including travel to Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales operations for the real estate business. - Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close high-value deals. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective handling and negotiations. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Coordinate with the marketing team to drive business growth. - Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and international trips (Dubai travel required).
