Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations for the real estate business.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close high-value deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective handling and negotiations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to drive business growth.
• Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and international trips (Dubai travel required).

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Must hold a valid passport (for Dubai travel).
