Sales Manager - Real Estate

The Sales Manager position at NoBroker Technologies Pvt Ltd requires an experienced professional to independently close real estate deals. As an Associate Cluster Head, you will manage high-quality leads, nurture client relationships, and ensure deal closures without pre-sales support. Your key responsibilities will include managing and converting approximately 100 prime-quality leads each month, owning the sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure, and consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of closing deals. Experience in similar roles such as Closing Manager with developers or senior/expert TL/CA in CP firms is highly valued. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with negotiation expertise, are essential for this role.
