Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also oversee market analysis, track sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships Proficiency in market analysis and tracking sales performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Experience in the solar energy industry is a mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
