Job Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve project-specific sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for high-rise apartments and villa projects.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closure of deals.
Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5 to 13 years of experience in real estate sales in
High Rise Apartment and High Rise Villas
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-rise or villa projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
