About the Role:


Lead purlin & structural steel sales across Tamil Nadu. Drive market growth, manage a team, and build strong relationships with dealers, PEB companies, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute pan-Tamil Nadu sales strategy.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Expand dealer network and secure key projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in steel sales, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Must have experience in purlin/structural steel sales.

  • Strong network in Tamil Nadu construction/PEB sector.
  • Any graduates.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
