Requirements Location : Bangalore (Hebbal) Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience, especially in Power Tools Sales. Qualification : B. Tech/BE (Mech), B.Sc. Sales/Marketing, MBA in Sales/Marketing Preferred Industries : Construction Power Tools Candidates with experience in selling power tools in South India will have an added advantage. Skills We are looking for a Sales Manager with outgoing personality, good people skills, experience and desire to work in power tools sales. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for dealer development, customer support etc. The candidate must to be experienced in Power tools sales (drillers, grinders, Vacuum Cleaners and many more), familiar with agriculture & rural economy, hard-working and willing to travel. Requirements include: Driving sales numbers & profitability. Develop and execute a data driven sales plan for the company. Develop strategy, channels, program to grow sales of the company. Dealer Performance enhancement through BTL activities Track and monitor all teams and take corrective actions as needed Maintain expenses within allocated budget. Provide management with business intelligence including new product launches, pricing etc. Developing new channels to sell our products. Market development plans e.g. field demonstration, promotions Devise strategy based on ground level feedback from customers (farmers) Participate in tenders either through our dealers or directly Develop a line of KisanKrafts exclusive stores across India Developing and Launching new products Recruit, train and prune build your team. 12 days for dealer visits and 3-days of field demonstration is mandatory.
