Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for both Sales and Marketing duties in this Full-time position. As part of the Sales team, you will identify potential customers, generate new business leads, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will manage distributor/dealer networks and resolve sales-related issues. In the Marketing domain, you will develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility, conduct market analysis, create marketing content, organize product demos and promotional campaigns, and maintain CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate new business leads in B2B & B2C segments. - Visit industries, dealers, distributors, and fleet operators to pitch petroleum products. - Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Manage distributor/dealer networks and resolve sales-related issues. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share. - Conduct market analysis to understand competition and customer needs. - Assist in the creation of marketing content such as brochures, digital ads, product catalogs. - Organize product demos, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. - Maintain CRM systems and customer databases. Qualification Required: - Fluency in English is preferred. - Previous experience in Sales and Marketing roles would be beneficial.
