Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary responsibility is to aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets through cross selling. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships, retaining and expanding the company's customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals. Your focus will be on maximizing sales through strong networking and relationship building efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Ensure timely processing of files from the login stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. - Optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers to achieve team results, meet business targets, and enhance profitability. - Collaborate with the team to generate leads for sales activities on the ground. - Lead and supervise the team in implementing growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products to stay ahead in the market. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company systems. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline Your role as a Sales Manager is critical in driving sales, meeting business targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
