Job Title: Sales Manager – Personal Loan & Home Loan

Location: Mysore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Loan Sales Officers in the Personal Loan and Home Loan segment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail loan sales, excellent team management skills, and proficiency in Kannada (regional language) to interact effectively with local customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Loan Sales Officers to achieve business targets in Personal Loan & Home Loan products.

• Drive sales strategies to acquire new customers and cross-sell products.

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit norms.

• Handle escalated customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 5–8 years of experience in Retail Loan Sales (Personal Loan/Home Loan).

• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in sales.

• Strong knowledge of retail loan processes, credit policies, and documentation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Must be fluent in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
