Location: Irinjalakkuda, Kerala Company: Paulachans Farmhouse (Dairy Division) Experience: 1–3 years in field sales or FMCG preferred Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Paulachans Farmhouse is a fast-growing dairy company committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products across Kerala. As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Irinjalakkuda. Key Responsibilities: Visit local shops and retail outlets daily to promote and sell our dairy products Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activity Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and product performance Ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or dairy sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales goals Familiarity with the Irinjalakkuda market is a plus Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Travel allowance Supportive team and training Opportunity to grow with a purpose-driven brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): "Please mention the area you prefer to work in: Thrissur, Guruvayur, Irinjalakkuda, or Kodungallur."
