Why This Role Matters
Indias EV revolution is just getting started and OEMs are at the heart of it. We are building the backbone of smart EV charging infrastructure for 2W, 3W, and 4W OEMs. As a Sales Manager Partnerships, with established relationships across 2W/3W/4W OEMs, you wont just sell; youll shape the way EV OEMs think about charging. This is a chance to be at the frontline of Indias mobility transformation. What Youll Do Own OEM Partnerships: Drive and expand strategic business with leading EV OEMs across 2W/3W/4W segments. Position for Impact: Evangelise our EV charging solutions with OEM product, engineering, and CXO-level stakeholders. Close Big Wins: Manage the complete sales cycle from first handshake to contract closure. Build for Scale: Nurture long-term relationships that drive account growth, repeat business, and category leadership. Stay Ahead: Track market trends and competitive activity to keep us one step ahead in the EV ecosystem. What Were Looking For EV Insider: 25 years of experience in business development/sales within automotive or EV OEMs. Networked & Respected: Strong relationships with EV OEM decision-makers; someone who can pick up the phone and make things happen. Proven Closer: Solid track record of high-value B2B solution sales. Strategic & Street-Smart: Skilled at negotiation, stakeholder management, and turning conversations into contracts. Educational Edge: Degree in Engineering/Business preferred (but your hustle matters more).
