Job Description

# Drive sales growth and revenue generation for secured and unsecured loan products, including PersonalLoan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.

# Source new business through DSAs, channel partners, bankers, and direct client acquisition.

# Identify, develop, and onboard new channel partners from banks, DSAs, and NBFCs to expand the company's distribution network.

# Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners and bankers to maximize business volumes.

# Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with organizational goals.

# Collaborate closely with internal operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan login, processing, and timely disbursements.

# Advise clients on suitable loan products and guide them through documentation and application procedures.

# Maintain and track the sales pipeline, lead conversions, and disbursement status.

# Prepare, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance and closures (Mandatory).

# Willingness to travel for office visits, client meetings, and channel partner engagements as per business needs.

# Mandatory: Prior experience in loan sales, DSA management, or sales roles within Banks/NBFCs.
