Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation:

    Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia, to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Technical Support:

    Provide technical support to clients, addressing queries and ensuring they understand the product applications.
  • Negotiations and Contracts:

    Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, QA, and QC to ensure timely product deliveries and seamless operations.
  • Payment Follow-ups:

    Follow up on client payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Regular Client Engagement:

    Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address concerns, maintain relationships, and explore additional business opportunities.
  • Fieldwork and Travel:

    Undertake domestic travel and fieldwork to visit clients and understand their needs.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong comprehension and communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of food additives, the bakery industry, and related products.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in food technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior Experience / internship / project experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
