Role & responsibilities

  • Implement business strategies/ promotional plans for enhancing market visibility & awareness. Identify and explore new markets & tap profitable business opportunities.
  • Dealing with Distributor, Dealers and sub-dealers for Wellness, CP fittings & UPVC products. Averagely 3 meetings/per day is mandatory in a month.
  • Focus on Interiors, Architects, Project and High End customer

  • Sales Target Meet, Promotional Activities- Interiors and Architects meet, Plumber meeting, business development activities
  • To enhance the market share and mind share of meeting month on month targets.
  • Relationship building with Builders, architects and contractors for business generation.
  • To expand network and presence of Oyster by appointing exclusive dealers.
  • Visiting Architects, Builders, Contractors, Interiors, Corporates Institutes

Industrial Clients for generating Business in the assigned region.
