Role & responsibilities 1. The candidate should have a background specifically in UPVC windows and doors production. 2. A history of stable employment without frequent job changes is preferred. 3. They should possess strong technical education and experience in UPVC production. 4. Knowledge of UPVC machinery, hardware, fitment and profiles is essential. 5. Familiarity with all UPVC raw material vendors and sources in India is important. 6. The ability to manage manpower planning, job stations, PPC, WIP, daily reports, and overall coordination in the production process, with proficiency in Excel and formal communication. 7.
