Job Description

As a Sales Manager for North & West India, your primary role is to manage and expand sales within the assigned territory. This involves cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. You must possess a deep understanding of the Southern / Northern & West India market, including its business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends. Your key accountabilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the Northern and Western India region, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the Regional Manager to execute sales strategies, and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Furthermore, you will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless customer experience by collaborating with other departments. It is essential to stay updated with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to the Regional Manager. Additionally, attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote products and services is part of your role. Managing a sales pipeline, providing updates to the Regional Manager on progress, and overseeing the MAB GSA team are crucial responsibilities. You will also strategize and plan commercial initiatives to maximize market coverage, exceed revenue targets, and minimize operational costs. Monitoring sales performance, route profitability, and industry indicators to rectify any performance gaps and meet revenue targets is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of sales experience focusing on the Northern and Western/Southern India markets. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are vital. You must be results-driven, capable of working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.,
