Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of direct sales and increasing profit margins within your assigned accounts and/or territory/region for products or services in the Medical Devices industry. It is essential to establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meet the targets set for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Medical Devices industry, with a proven track record of selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products, preferably in a multinational corporation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial, along with the ability to independently manage a large geography. You should be able to identify business opportunities and effectively execute strategies to capitalize on them. In addition, excellent stakeholder management skills are required to handle individual customers and key accounts efficiently. A strong value orientation and a successful sales track record will be advantageous for this role. Proficiency in the local language is necessary, and a Postgraduate degree is a must, with preference given to candidates with a BDS and Management Degree.
