Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the design and interiors domain.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and partners.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Represent Neo Studio at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 610 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or design-related industries.
  • Strong network in the design/build/interior contracting space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client engagements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
