Responsible for End to End processing of Home Loan till disbursement. Candidate will be operating from the Builder Site/Mymoneykarma Office. Coordinating with customers and ensure Home Loan is disbursed with required documentation. Providing services to the clients even after the loan has been disbursed. Resolving all the issues and queries of the developers and the client on a daily basis. Maintaining relationships with various bankers for smooth running of the process. Coordination with the banker to complete all the stages from login till disbursement. Need to be proactive with respect to knowing all the schemes provided by the bankers & NBFCs. Meeting clients to understand their home loan requirements. Having previous real estate or banking (specifically home loan) experience will be an added advantage. Having hands on experience in knowing which case can be logged in, in which bank as per the profile of the client.
