Salary

: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience). Open for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow crane rental business in Chennai and nearby regions.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability and timely mobilisation of cranes.
• Understand client requirements and prepare competitive offers using MYCRANE’s platform.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the region.
• Achieve monthly sales and contribute to business strategy.
• Report activities and pipeline updates to management.
  

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction sectors.
• Strong network of contacts in Chennai and neighbouring industrial/construction hubs.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to use online tools for quotations and enquiries.
