The company manufactures biscuits, breads, and buns for retail consumers across 11 Indian states and internationally exports to 61 countries. With six strategically located manufacturing facilities, the company ensures high-quality standards for its products. English Oven is a prominent brand for premium bread in Delhi NCR and Maharashtra, while Mrs. Bector's Cremica is a leading non-glucose biscuit brand in North India. Additionally, the company supplies buns to reputable QSR chains, making it a market leader in this category.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is located in Sitapur. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the execution of sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a team of sales professionals, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Regular analysis of sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends is expected, along with ensuring effective coordination with distribution networks and supply chains.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, distribution management, and achieving sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and sales performance data.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Background in FMCG or related sectors is advantageous; knowledge of the biscuits and bread industry will be a plus.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
