We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate our growth and build strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Pitch a wide range of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Video Production, and more.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to close deals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally with a digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Solid understanding of core digital marketing concepts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
