Job Purpose To manage a team of HDB right from recruitment, training and sourcing mortgages business To source files through banks internal and external channels To achieve mortgages target for the designated area / branches / channels (internal and external) by driving the team towards the productivity benchmark To cross sell and source Insurance, CASA, credit cards, FD Ensure timely checks are done on health items Ensure calling on all customers - External Customers for cross sell and internal customers for references for cross sell.
